From the poem: You arrived like the breeze, a subtle touch barely felt, and goosebumps as the only things to let me know

PROVENANCE

The illustration is adapted from Charles-François Daubigny's etching Autumn (1848), printed by A. Beillet. The source impression, an etching on chine collé, is in the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York (23.65.50, Gift of Theodore De Witt, 1923), via the Met's public-domain collection. It has been digitally adapted and rendered in sepia for this print. Poem © Pablo Camacho. Relic Nº 013 in the Relics series, Dusk collection.

ABOUT THE SERIES

Why a Relic?
